A very enjoyable afternoon was had by all, with just about everyone getting a decent 4 overs of batting before the rain finally intervened at around 5pm. The incoming storm clouds made the ball quite difficult to see by that point!
A few 'Champagne Moments' to note, John hit a few wonderful sixes, Jaq gave us a very good spell of tight and accurate bowling and Janet's tea time snacks were as good as ever, all positive signs for the upcoming game against Bogotá, which should be taking place on the Puente weekend of the 4th and 5th June. A whole weekend of events is being lined up to mark the occasion...should be a cracker in Cali!
